That diversity is critical in tech is no longer a secret. It enables companies to create better and safer products and improves overall performance of tech teams. Yet, women are still tech’s most untapped resource.

To promote female involvement in the tech sector we have launched our newest expertlead online series: Women in Tech. This series is intended to give women a platform over which to share their insights and knowledge and so promote both individual and collective development of the tech community.  

In episode 1 of this series we will start by answering the question: "How do I kick off my career in tech?" Together with four talented young female tech freelance professionals we will discuss the path that led to a career in tech and what challenges awaited them.
